While one is cooking meat they should not use high temperature to prepare it as it harms the protein content and actually makes the meat less usable.

By doing these things and keeping your diet in this way will enhance your capabilities and you will live in a healthier way. This will make you fitter and your body will function as well as possible. This way you can get almost everything done as you will the last person to get sick due to your dietary habits.
